Non è Champagne ma Coteaux Champenois Blanc, da una parcella di Chamery nella Montagne de Reims dedicata al raro Petit Meslier. Il 2018 regala maturità e intensità, mentre il lungo affinamento in legno e poi in bottiglia costruisce un bianco profondo, teso e sorprendentemente complesso.
